As far as I’m aware most aerospace manufacturers are based in the US. and Europe so the UAE probably buy their planes but I’m not 100% sure, maybe Al will know more?

      Hello meganl56,

The UAE Air Force doesn’t actually build any planes. Like many governments around the world, they buy their aircraft from independent companies like Boeing and Airbus. The Air force currently has around 30 different types of aircraft that perform many different duties. The C17 and the C130 are cargo aircraft that help to move things around the country and abroad. The F16 is a fighter jet that protects the UAE airspace. They also have a number of Apache helicopters that also help to protect the land area.

Here is a page from wiki that explains in more detail:

The UAE also has some more aircraft that specialist capabilities but unfortunately these are top secret so I cant tell you – Im really sorry but i hope this answer helps you?
