      Hello amerl001,

I haven’t been to to the Hadron Collider although im sure it would be a fantastic place to vist – There is a man called Robin (i think he’s in the Energy Zone) – He is a nuclear scientist, im sure he could answer any questions you might have about it?

No, but I think you are definitely right in saying it was a big step forward in engineering- a whole range of possibilities have opened up for physicists- I know that they are doing experiments at the moment to find a particle called the Higgs boson which will validate a lot of scientists theories. A lot of clever engineers and physicists developed the LHC and it would be really exciting to visit one day!
