Watchkeeper is quite an old project now so we’re looking at about 30 or so people doing actual programming but then there are lots of other people who actually test the code and make sure it works.

How many tasks do I get as an individual? It’s hard to tell. Right now I have…11 “things” to do that are assigned to me but some of those are things like “Design and create this functionality” which is actually many, many tasks and other are like “fix this” which should be just 1 task but it could be complicated to fix. So it’s all relative in the end.
