Question: how will this new ticket hall help the public and make it better?

For Victoria Station, the new ticket hall will increase the capacity of the station to allow more passengers to enter the station. Other work is going on with the Victoria Line signalling to increase the number of trains, so these two project together will ease congestion. At the moment, the station is closed for short periods every morning at rush hour due to overcrowding.
